The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training materials comprise a comprehensive curriculum covering everything within the Lean Six Sigma Body of Knowledge required to successfully complete Green Belt certification. After achieving this qualification, Green Belts contribute their knowledge and expertise utilising the DMAIC methodology and the relevant tools during the execution of a project in their work unit as a project manager under the supervision of a Black Belt.
