Its an honour to provide a written recommendation for Arash, the director of CBIS. In this instance, the quality and detailed knowledge of the Lean and Six Sigma from him was exemplary – what impressed me most of all, he was able to simplify and explain very complex statistical methods in away that elementary students such as myself could understand.
